Hey guys!So i will be talking about my experiment.First of all i choose this topic because many people laugh and im a laugher so i wanted to learn more about laughing. My favorite part of this experiment was trying to find out how long i can last without laughing. But my least favorite part about it was failing at my experiment :( .The part i liked mostly about the genius hour research was finding out about all the facts about laughing because ot was really interesting. This experiment made me learn alot of things about myself such as laughing shouldn't be hidden or covered because everyone has a unique laugh and they need to share that with the world because if you don't then who else will.

Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health.”
~ Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D. Laughter is the best kind of medicine there is (: .Whenever your feeling sad or depressed you feel like nothing is left for you to do .But there's only one thing that can make u feel better and again that's laugher. Here are some facts that can be informing about laughing:- Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
- Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
- Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
- Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
- Laughter dissolves distressing emotions. You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing.
- Laughter helps you relax and recharge. It reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more.
- Humor shifts perspective, allowing you to see situations in a more realistic, less threatening light. A humorous perspective creates psychological distance, which can help you avoid feeling overwhelmed.

Hey you guys! Well not laughing this week failed :( .So much funny stuff has happened this week i just had to laugh. But i felt better laughing than not laughing.
I started to take notice that you should cherish your laugh. If something's funny then laugh about it,nobody is going to judge.Laugh at the moments that are slowly being written into your life.Laughing helps your forget all the bad things or problems in your life.
Some people may not realize this but laughing actually can help your body in many ways.Laughing is a part of your life as a human being. It makes you feel like everything is ok and that nothing bad is going to happen."The only way to get through life is to laugh through it.You either have to laugh or cry.I prefer to laugh because crying gives people headaches."-Marjorie Pay Hinckley
